CONSTANTLY VARIED FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS PERFORMED AT HIGH INTENSITY
CrossFit is an ever-changing mixture of movements using a huge variety of equipment, done appropriately heavier, harder and faster, when you are ready, over short, medium and long periods of time, including gymnastics, weightlifting, powerlifting and traditional cardio.
WHO IS CROSSFIT FOR?
In a word: everyone! You do not have to be fit or strong to start CrossFit; we will get you fitter and stronger. We have competitive athletes, ex-gymnasts, golf pros, new parents, grandparents, 5 year-olds and teens. We have adaptive athletes and those with special educational needs, the overweight, the underweight, the scared and the bold. There really isn’t anyone we cannot train and the great thing is, we all get to train together!
What do we do?
We use barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells; sleds, sandbags and prowlers; wallballs, boxes and pullup bars; rowers, bikes and GHD machines; skipping ropes, battling ropes and climbing ropes. We do workouts that last 5 minutes, workouts that last 45 minutes and everything in between and we blend gymnastics, weightlifting and cardio into the mix. That’s literally millions of permutations meaning you’ll never get bored with the combinations of equipment and styles of workout.

Our workouts are professionally programmed to ensure balance and progression and each and every class is fully coached throughout to ensure you move to the best of your ability and get the most possible out of each workout. And we don’t have mirrors; it’s just not that sort of gym.
