An opportunity to regain and build strength twice a week at your own pace. Focusing on everyday movements designed to make every day better!
Move more easily with less pain. Rebuild confidence in your body’s ability to do what you ask of it. Train with folks your own age.
All classes are carefully planned and designed by our qualified Mature Athlete coach to get the most return with the minimum stress on your joints.
45 minute sessions on Mondays and Fridays at 11am.
£55 monthly membership. Cancel anytime with 28 days notice.

WHO IS THIRD AGE STRENGTH FOR?
Anyone who wants to build confidence and get fitter and stronger in a slightly slower paced environment with a focus on making your life outside of the gym easier and more comfortable with fewer interventions.
What do we do?
We programme sessions specifically for our more mature members to ensure we take care of joints with a bit more mileage on the clock. We make sure we take everything at each individual’s own pace. We mix up a variety of movements to make sure it’s never boring and that we get the most return for the minimum dose.

We get to know our members really well - we know how they move, why they move the way they do and how their mental approach to training affects the results they get. We make sure the sessions are fun and engaging while getting you fitter and stronger and more confident.
